Your details
Every booking takes a £20 deposit. It is not an extra charge — it comes off the price of
your treatment on the day, so a £30 wash leaves £10 to pay. It is taken securely when you book,
it holds your slot, and it means we are not left with an empty chair. Where a price says
“from”, we confirm the exact figure with you before any work starts.

How much does each treatment cost?

For the two from-prices the final cost depends on your hair — we agree a firm figure with you before any work starts. Every booking takes a £20 deposit, which comes off the price on the day.
Do I pay anything when I book?
Yes — a £20 deposit, taken securely by card at the moment you book. It comes off the price of your treatment on the day, so it is not an extra charge: a £30 wash leaves £10 to pay. It applies to every treatment we offer.
How long will my appointment take?
Washing 1 hour, styling 2 hours, retightening 3 hours, a cap fitting 2 hours, and a loc installation a full day. The calendar blocks the right amount of time automatically.
What if the price says “from”?
For hair replacement caps and loc installations the final cost depends on your hair. We talk it through and agree a firm figure with you at the start of the appointment, before any work begins — you will never get a surprise at the end.
What if I need to cancel?
Reply to your confirmation email as soon as you can. Loc installations block out a whole day, so late cancellations are especially hard for us to fill.
Do you have access requirements covered?
Tell us what you need when you book and we will do everything we can. Longer appointment times are available at no extra charge, and aftercare guidance can be provided in large print, plain text or audio.
